Our job is to help you make an informed decision about your shading solutions. Ask as many questions as you like, take as long as you need to browse our range of fabrics and don't worry if you cannot pick one on the day.
We can always leave some samples with you or post some out to you.
Most of all, relax - don't feel under pressure to make a decision on the day.
On the day of your appointment
On the day of your appointment we will:
Gather information on your requirements
Show you our range of fabrics and options
Measure your windows with precision and care
Answer any questions you have.
Once you have made a decision we will send you over a written quotation detailing your choices and individual blind costs.
When you're happy to proceed
When you're ready to proceed just let us know and we will start to process your order. A small deposit may be required subject to the size of the order.
Once it's ready you will be notified and a suitable date and time will be arranged for installation.
When the installation is complete and you are
100% happy we will request final payment.
Payments can be made via BACS, cash, debit/credit card or via invoice.
